John Cutsinger a Jostens Creative Accounts Manager, is a
16-year veteran yearbook adviser with 15 years to his Jostens
credit. He has been honored as a Columbia Scholastic Press
Association Gold Key recipient, Dow Jones Newspaper Fund
National Journalism Teacher of the Year, National Scholastic
Press Association Pioneer, Future Journalists of America Hall of Fame
inductee, Journalism Education Association Medal of Merit honoree and
Jostens prestigious Legend Award. His contributions to scholastic journalism
over the past 30 years have included advising state and national award
winning yearbooks, newspapers and magazines; authoring yearbook
curriculum and countless journal articles; and teaching/speaking at
conferences and conventions across the nation.
New to the staff this year, Michelle hails from Northview High School in
Duluth, Georgia where she advises a 500+ page yearbook, sells to most of
her student body, and makes thousands of dollars of profit. Her yearbook
has gained national acclaim for its focus on students. Not only does she
advise the yearbook, but she also teaches English and sponsors the
student government.
